Not so long ago I discovered the key to happiness and fulfillment to be self-acceptance and self-compassion. I think these ideas are something most of us would agree with, yet do not sufficiently practice in our lives. For a person with ADD, feeling good about themselves can be especially challenging.
The next chapter in my book is about “ADHD in the Workplace”. This will be one of my favorites because of how important it is to me that both employees and managers understand how to structure work environments to suit the needs of all workers no matter what their operating style or brain type.
